High Country Developmental Clinic

The Growing Well High Country Developmental Clinic is a referral-based clinic serving infants and children from birth to age 5 in the greater High Country region. Our clinic supports children who may be at risk for a variety of early developmental concerns.

Parent to Parent Family Support Network

Parent to Parent Family Support Network

Parent to Parent Family Support Network offers free support, caring connections, information, and hope to families with premature babies; children with disabilities, emotional or behavioral challenges, mental illness, or chronic health conditions; and families grieving the loss of a child.

Growing Well Annual Conference

The annual Growing Well Conference offers inspiration, education, and connection for those working to support children and youth with special healthcare needs in rural western North Carolina. The conference features a dynamic mix of individual and group presentations, expert panel discussions, and hands-on demonstrations. Sessions will be led by healthcare providers, researchers, government leaders, educators, and individuals with lived experience—offering a wide range of perspectives.
