Strengthen your mind and body, and enhance your lifestyle, through Aging Well specialty programs. Our programs are engaging and empowering and offer peer support to help older adults in the High Country improve their health, well-being, and independence.
Aging Well specialty programs are made possible through grants and research, and through partnerships between Appalachian State University's Appalachian Institute for Health and Wellness, High Country Area Agency on Aging, and other local and national organizations.
